1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://episodenest.com (the “Site”), purchasing any Product, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Zhanjiang Yuanyi Media Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Who We Are

The Site sells digital, downloadable short-drama script packages (“Products”) worldwide.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By placing an order you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission.

4. Accounts

You may browse without an account but must register to purchase and download Products. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at yuanyimedia@outlook.com of any unauthorized use.

5. Product Descriptions

Products are digital script documents (text files) containing genre premise, characters, structure, sample scenes, and a production toolkit, provided in English. We describe each Product accurately but do not warrant that the content is error-free or suitable for any specific production. Previews, where shown, are illustrative.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable digital-goods taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers.
  • By submitting an order you authorize the charged amount. If a payment fails, the order is not completed.

7. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order (and form the contract) when payment is confirmed and the download becomes available. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

8. Delivery of Digital Products

After payment confirmation, Products are delivered via download links in your account and by email. Download links are personal, non-transferable, and may be subject to a reasonable access window. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your Purchases. We are not liable for loss of access caused by your failure to download, device issues, or account compromise.

9. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to use the Purchased script content for your own writing, development, and production purposes. You may:

  • Use the materials as a reference or starting point for your own short-drama projects.
  • Adapt, rewrite, or develop derivative works based on the Purchased content for your own use.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or give away the Purchased files or their contents.
  • Upload the files to any public site, file-sharing service, or marketplace.
  • Claim authorship or copyright ownership of the original script content.

Ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with us (or our licensors). This license terminates if you breach these Terms, and we may revoke access.

10. Intellectual Property

All Site content — including scripts, text, branding, design, logos, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. No rights are granted except the limited license in Section 9.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) use the Site unlawfully; (b) scrape, copy, or exploit the Site or its content commercially; (c) interfere with security or access controls; (d) infringe others’ rights; or (e) resell or redistribute Purchased Products.

12. Refunds

Because Products are digital goods delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been used. Exceptions: (a) the Product was not delivered (no download available) after confirmed payment — we will re-deliver or refund; (b) the file is corrupt or materially not as described — contact us within 14 days with details. 13. Disclaimers

The Site and Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific creative, commercial, or financial results from using any script.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law (e.g., for death, personal injury, or fraud).

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site or Products, including any third-party claims regarding content you create using the materials.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Purchased Products if you breach these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (license restrictions, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in effect.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable consumer protections of your place of residence where mandatory. Disputes should first be raised with us via yuanyimedia@outlook.com; unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent courts of the operator’s jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum in your country.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
